Kano is the CEO of Third Culture Australia and the Youth Commissioner at the Victorian Multicultural Commission.

With an energy that lights up every stage and a presence that captivates audiences with love and compassion, Kano has connected with people across the country and left a positive ripple.

Arriving at the age of 7 with his family from India, Kano’s journey is of the typical migrant. Facing a lot of hardship from financial to safety to mental. Such as living in a 2-bedroom house with almost 13 people, whilst navigating a new country, new language, new culture and a new way of living.

Growing up facing racism, barriers to participation and identity crises fueled his deep passion for working in the space of inclusion, equity, and leadership. Kano’s work resonates with young people and multicultural communities worldwide, driven by a genuine commitment to creating spaces where everyone feels valued and heard.
